Trust and rules

The rules are in the product

Good marketing keeps guests and keeps you out of trouble. These checks run for you.

Consent first

A guest can only be texted after a recorded opt in. The database refuses the message otherwise, not just the screen.

Quiet hours and STOP

Texts are held outside daytime hours in the guest's time zone. STOP, START and HELP are handled automatically and every message carries the opt out line.

Human approval

Campaigns are drafts until someone with approval rights signs off. Editing an approved campaign sends it back to draft.

Honest menu claims

Allergen, diet and health claims come only from the menu you entered. The checker warns when a draft says more than your menu supports.

Fair reviews

Every guest is shown the public review link. No review gating and no rewards for reviews.

Your data stays separate

Each restaurant's data is walled off from every other account by database level access rules, tested in the build.

Spending you set

Ad plans show estimated spend first and have a cap. Nothing launches without approval.

Guest rights

Export and erase a guest's record on request.

Rules about texting, email and advertising vary by place, and carriers have their own registration steps. The product enforces common rules, and you should confirm your wording with a lawyer.
